Paul tells us that God's kindness, tolerance and patience are meant to
lead us to repentance. From verse 5, give the reasons for God's wrath.
2. List the results of following the path of good and the path of evil described in verses 7-11. 3. List the privileges which had been given to the Jewish people. What specific privileges has God given you? 4. Read verses 25-27, substituting the terms "baptism," "confirmation," or "church member" for "circumcision." How do people today rely on these outward signs for their relationship with God? 5. How does Paul describe a true Jew? What areas of your life will you pray that God would strengthen in you, as you seek to "walk in His ways?" |
